Quinn is a young girl living in the shadow of a workaholic mother. One day, as Quinn makes her way through the busy metropolitan streets with her mother, the world around her freezes in time. She is completely alone. What at first seems to her a blessing and a game soon becomes bitter and isolating. Unable to communicate with anyone or anything around her, Quinn must survive on her own in a world where she is the only thing affected by time.
